How can I start?
EcomDeck is in private beta with a few shops. Write to us at office@ecomdeck.io if you would like to join.
Does EcomDeck change anything in my store?
No. We only ask to read your products and orders. We write nothing to Shopify or to your ad accounts.
Where does the product cost come from?
From Shopify’s “Cost per item” field. You can also enter or change it in EcomDeck and choose which orders it applies to.
How are refused parcels counted?
An order that was shipped and then cancelled counts as refused. You enter the cost of one refused parcel once, in the cost settings.
Which ad platforms do you support?
Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google Ads and TikTok Ads.
Where is my data stored?
On servers in the European Union. Access keys for Shopify and your ad accounts are stored encrypted.
