Terms of service

These terms apply to the EcomDeck service (“we”), currently in private beta. By creating an account you accept them on behalf of yourself and the organization you use EcomDeck for.

The service

EcomDeck connects to your Shopify store and your Meta, Google and TikTok ad accounts with read-only access, and calculates your sales, costs and profit from that data and from the costs you enter.

Your account

EcomDeck is for businesses. To use it you must be at least 18, able to enter into a contract, and use it for your business. Give accurate details and keep them up to date. Keep your sign-in details safe and invite colleagues instead of sharing your account; you are responsible for activity in your account. Organization owners decide who is invited and with which role. You must be authorised to connect every store and ad account you connect.

The beta

EcomDeck is in private beta. During the beta the service is provided “as is”: features may change or be removed, and the service may at times be unavailable while we work on it.

Price

During the private beta EcomDeck is free and there are no paid plans. Before any paid plan starts, prices and billing terms are added here and account owners are told by email.

Your data

The store and advertising data you connect stays yours. We process it to provide the service, as described in our privacy policy. For your customers’ data you are the controller and we act as your processor. You allow us to process your data only to run the service for you.

Our software

EcomDeck’s software, design and name belong to us. While your account is active, you have a personal, non-transferable right to use the service for your business.

The numbers are estimates

EcomDeck’s figures depend on the data from Shopify, Meta, Google and TikTok and on the costs you enter, which may be incomplete or change after the fact (for example refunds, refused parcels or corrected ad spend). They are a management tool, not accounting or tax advice. Check important decisions against your books.

Third-party platforms

The service depends on Shopify, Meta, Google and TikTok. We are not responsible for their availability or for changes they make that limit what EcomDeck can show.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service. In particular:

• no attempts to access other organizations’ data, to disrupt the service, or to reverse engineer it;
• no security scanning or testing without our written permission — if you find a problem, write to us;
• no automated traffic beyond normal use;
• no reselling the service or the data it shows you without our written consent;
• no use that breaks the terms of Shopify, Meta, Google or TikTok.

Liability

We provide the service with reasonable care but without guarantees that it is uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (none during the free beta), and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit.

Ending

You can stop at any time by uninstalling the app or asking us to delete your account (see data deletion). We may suspend accounts that break these terms, with notice where practicable. After your account ends, your data is deleted as described in the privacy policy and on the data deletion page.

Indemnification

If you break these terms or misuse the service and a third party makes a claim against us because of it, you cover the resulting costs, including reasonable legal fees.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of Serbia. Disputes go to the competent court in Serbia.

Changes

We may update these terms; for significant changes we tell account owners by email in advance.
